For many years our veteran thresh-hold was at 40.  During our last rules adjustment, we changed it to 50, but we haven't really enforced it much.

Why 50?

1. That's at least 6 months minimum.
2. It's double the number of runs required to put a priority in for Northlands and CoP
3. It's a nice even number
4. If you're crazy enough to stick around with us for that long, you probably know enough to help out in run planning.
